One Piece of Steel, Zero Seam Risk

Body and base are drawn from a single blank — no side seam, no weld, one less failure mode in retort. DRD covers shallow, stackable formats; DWI covers tall, lightweight beverage and aerosol bodies.

Production

Process Control on the Two-Piece Line

Coil Receiving

Tinplate coil inspected for gauge, tin weight and surface defects.

Coating & Curing

Roll coating applied and oven-cured; coating weight verified per batch.

Printing

6-colour offset lithography with inline colour monitoring and varnish.

Drawing

Multi-stage draw and wall-ironing; wall thickness gauged continuously.

5

Testing

Porosity, pressure, light-test and dimensional verification before packing.
